Savute Safari Lodge is situated on the scenic banks of the Stolen River located in the Chobe National Park. The surrounding area is home to a large concentration of African wildlife including Elephant and Lion. During the rainy seasons, herds of Zebra migrate to the area in search of nutritious grasslands.
Guests can access Savute Safari Lodge by air charter from Maun or Kasane. Guests travelling from Livingstone or Victoria Falls can be transferred by road to Kasane before being transferred by air charter. Guests can also access this Botswana safari lodge by 4x4 vehicle.
Airstrip co-ordinates:
Savute airstrip: 18.31S 24.04E. The gravel airstrip is 1000 metres long and is in good condition. Guests are advised to check what the luggage restrictions are.

Savuti Safari Lodge can be accessed by daily charter aircraft which fly in from Maun or Kasane. This would include easy access by air charter from the other lodges as well. Savute Safari lodge can also be reached by 4X4 vehicles.
