Days 1 & 2 : Chobe Game Lodge – Chobe National ParkYou begin your Botswana safari adventure when you are welcomed off your flight at Livingstone, thereafter you embark on a +- 1h30min road transfer to the legendary Chobe Game Lodge. Here you can rejuvenate your soul in the beautiful surroundings and then enjoy a delicious African meal prepared by the chefs at Chobe. Your time at Chobe will be filled with wildlife activities, sundowner cruises or simply time spent exploring the Chobe area.
Chobe Game Lodge is the only permanent bush lodge situated in the Chobe National Park, Botswana. This lodge in Botswana offers luxury safari accommodation in Chobe National Park. Apart from a comfortable bush experience, you will be treated to a diverse range of safari activities for a truly authentic Botswana holiday. Days 3 & 4 : Savute Safari Camp – Chobe National ParkRise and Shine! You have an energizing breakfast. Afterwards you are transferred to Kasane Airport for the scheduled charter flight to the Savute Safari Lodge, a legendary safari lodge in Botswana in the world renowned Chobe National Park…Don’t forget to keep an eye out for bulls while flying over this scenic wildlife area.
Your days at the Savute Safari Lodge in Botswana are spent enjoying everything an African safari holiday can offer you. Hospitable country, great food, culture and fascinating wildlife.
Savute has a large concentration of African Elephant and Lion prides. Don’t forget your camera for your very own wildlife photos.
Your 2 days of morning and afternoon game activities, which include:
- Game drives in an open 4x4 safari vehicle around the Savute area, including the Savute Marsh
- Visit to the ancient San Rock paintings in Gubatsa Hills
Days 5 & 6 : Choice of Camp Okavango, Xugana Island Lodge or Camp MoremiOn Day 5 and 6 of your safari adventure in Botswana you have an option to choose between 3 Okovango Delta lodges to complete this 7 day Botswana safari holiday.
Xugana Island Lodge
A water based camp. Where Game Drives, walking safaris and water activities such as moroko rides are permitted. The Xugana Lagoon is a permanent water site in the Delta. Xugana Island Lodge in Botswana is located on a private concession and has a great site location. The boma and al fresco dining areas overlook the Delta which allow an amazing opportunity to spot African wildlife that naturally find the water appealing, as a source of life and food.
Camp Okavango
A water based camp. Where Game Drives, walking safaris and water activities such as moroko rides are permitted. Camp Okavango is situated on the secluded Nxaragha Island in the heart of the Okavango Delta, assuring a year-round water wilderness experience. Camp Okavango’s thatch and lethaka safari lodge building boasts a wildlife reference library, lounge and cocktail bar. The dining area leads onto a luxury open-air patio for tranquil evenings around the fireside.
Camp Moremi
Game drives and boating activities are popular at this camp, although no moroko rides because the channel is too deep and has hippos swimming in. Camp Moremi is nestled in the scenic Xakanaxa Lagoon. The Moremi Game Reserve in Botswana boasts a wide range of African wildlife. You will thoroughly enjoy the guided safari game drives where you might spot Buffalo, Elephant, Zebra, Wild Dog, Cheetah and Lion. Moremis also offers exciting powerboat explorations along the Xakanaxa Lagoon and the channels of the Okavango Delta. Day 7: Transfer to Kasane or MaunAfter breakfast, you will be transferred to Kasane Airport or Maun for your onward arrangements. Your all inclusive Botswana safari package ends here. Included:
