Days 1 & 2: Chobe Savanna Lodge, MaunUpon your arrival at Maun or Kasane Airport you will be met by a Desert & Delta Safaris representative, who will collect you for your road transfer to Kasane Immigration and assist you onto your boat for your transfer to Chobe Savanna Lodge. Enjoy a cruise along the famous Chobe River to Chobe Savanna Lodge.
Enjoy 2 nights at Chobe Savanna Lodge, located in the Eastern Caprivi on the banks of the Chobe River in Namibia, overlooking the Chobe National Park, on a fully inclusive basis. Chobe Savanna Lodge comprises of 12 luxury-thatched chalets, all with private decks, a combined bedroom/ lounge area and en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are air conditioned, and have complimentary mini bars.

Take pleasure in 2 full days of morning and afternoon game activities, which include:
- Boat excursions by small highly maneuverable motorboats, ideal for close up encounters with large game along the rivers edge
- Fishing opportunities
- Depending on the time of year, guests are also offered the opportunity to take canoe excursions along the river or walking excursions on the Private Concession that makes up Savanna, and
- For those interested in learning more about the local Kuomboka and Barotseland communities that inhabit remote areas of the Chobe River, the lodge arranges small private excursions to witness real African life

Days 3 & 4: Camp OkavangoToday you will be transferred to Camp Okavango, an exhilarating journey to the heart of the Okavango Delta. Enjoy 2 nights at Camp Okavango, situated on remote Nxaragha Island, assuring a year-round water wilderness experience, on a fully inclusive basis.
Camp Okavango comprises of 11 East African-style safari tents individually situated on raised teak platforms with en-suite ablution facilities and private sun decks. Each tent is exquisitely furnished with an African teak wardrobe, luggage rack, dressing table, bedside pedestals and traditional director's chairs, his and hers towel robes as well as tea and coffee making facilities are also provided to make guests' stay as comfortable as possible. |

Other facilities include a dining room, which leads onto an expansive open-air patio for evenings around a blazing campfire, a cocktail bar, lounge, wildlife reference library, a secluded bird-viewing hide, shaded hammocks, reading benches and a delightful sun-deck and plunge pool for relaxation during the hot midday hours.

Day 5: Transfer to Kasane AirportTerminating in Maun: After breakfast, you will be transferred to Camp Okavango's airstrip for your charter flight to Maun and for your onward arrangements.

Close encounters at the water's edge

When staying at Chobe Savanna Lodge, boat excursions are conducted in small maneuverable boats. This allows for incredible opportunities of close encounters with large herds of Buffalo and Elephant as they quench their thirst at the river's edge.

Explore the Okavango Delta islands in search of a great variety of animals and birdlife that inhabit this water wilderness. Walks also allow you to learn about the smaller interesting creatures that are so often missed when game viewing from a vehicle.
